O‘quvchilarda kasbiy qiziqishlarning rivojlanishi turli xil psixologik omillar ta’sirida bo‘lgan ko‘p qirrali jarayondir. Ushbu maqolada biz o‘quvchilarda kasbiy qiziqishlarning shakllanishi va rivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shadigan psixologik xususiyatlarni o‘rganamiz, bunda ham O‘zbekiston, ham xalqaro psixologik tadqiqotlardan xulosalar chiqaramiz. Shaxsiy xususiyatlar, ijtimoiy-madaniy ta’sirlar va ta’lim muhitining kesishishini o‘rganib, biz o‘quvchilar populyatsiyasida kasbiy qiziqishlar qanday paydo bo‘lishi va rivojlanishi haqida har tomonlama tushuncha berishni maqsad qilganmiz.
